Our Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, because happy customers are loyal customers that tell their family and friends about our products. We strive to be the BEST popper store online and to deliver the best service, which is why we offer our customers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee* for unopened / unused products.

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Conditions:

Due to the nature of the products and obvious health and hygienic reasons, returned products MUST BE unused and returned in original unopened packaging. STRICTLY ENFORCED & NO EXCEPTIONS.

Goods must be in their original condition, in unopened, undamaged packaging.

Goods must be returned and received by our office within 14 days from the day of original sale. (Date ordered from our store.)

All shipments or packages returned to us "unclaimed" via Australia Post, will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Cheappoppers.com.au. within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Cheappoppers.com.au cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information, change of address, declined credit cards; or other unforeseen reasons.

If we suspect that the "Products" have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.

Our Order Cancellations Policy:

If you for whatever reason need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that all orders placed on our website are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. If you place your order and you contact us to cancel it after it has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

To cancel your order, you will need to send us notification in writing via our contact us form with your order number and full name and contact information in the message body. 

20% Cancellation Fee:

Please note that if you decide to cancel your order before shipment, but after we have already charged your credit card, we will be charging a 20% Cancellation Fee. Your credit card will be refunded, minus 20% of the total amount charged. This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with the credit card provider (Visa or Mastercard or AMEX ). We do not charge a 20% fee if the cancellation request is due to a backordered item.
